Changes to the 2024 Fall Try Outs;

Fall Tryouts will consist of three phases;

Phase 1; September 3^rd to 15^th

Teams are permitted  to have 3 – 1.5 hour ice sessions plus 2 – 2 hour exhibition games. At the completion of this, their 25 protected list will be reduced to 22

Phase 2; Sept 17^th to 26^th;

Teams are permitted to conduct 4 – 1.5 hour ice sessions. At the completion, their protected roster will be reduced to 20

Phase 3;

September 28^th and 29^th

Teams will play 4 exhibition games at the Antigonish arena. Each game will consist of 2 – 22 minute stop time periods.

At midnight on the 29^th, teams will have 48 hours to confirm 17 players for the year. On October 4^th at 8am rosters will be locked for the year.
