The Truro Major Bantam Bearcats travelled to Sydney to participate in the Royal Canadian Bantam Hockey Tournament. The Bearcats went 0-2-2 in the tournament.

Bearcats 1st year defenceman from Parrsboro Patrick Quinn was named to their 2nd team All Stars.
